Please submit all photos and graphics for the personalized chocolate and cookies, unedited or cropped and at the original size. Try not to submit photos or art Images larger than 8 1/2 x 11. All art/photos should be the best quality images. We prefer 300 dpi. No cell phone picts please. Note, if a photo is blurry it will print blurry. We are not responsible for poor quality picture/art reproduction due to quality of original image. If we have a concern we will try to contact you before we go to print. If you have a question regarding the quality of a photo or art please upload the image via email at: kustomkonfection@aol.com prior to placing your order. Please include your contact information and what product(s) you are interested in purchasing/printing.
If placing a large order and would like to mix up a number of photos in your order please follow these instructions. 1. Place your order online without any uploads or text. 2. In the comment field tell us you are sending artwork separately. 3. Send us an email at kustomkonfection@aol.com with your name, address and phone number and your artwork attachments with instructions. 4. We will contact you for verification of instructions. |
